"Felt a bit too pushy for a simple question"
I just reached out to ask about one product, but somehow it turned into a long back-and-forth with a lot of nudging to buy more. They kept bringing up bundles and signing up, even after I mentioned I only wanted to try it first. Maybe the products are good, but it kind of felt like the focus was more on getting me to spend than actually answering my question. It made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable.

I needed to cancel my subscription and was expecting it to be a whole hassle, but the process was really easy. I found the option quickly, got everything taken care of without any long phone calls or back-and-forth, and there were no weird charges afterward. I really appreciated how straightforward and smooth it all was.

"Convenient, but I felt a bit pressured to make it work"
I really wanted these shakes to be my go-to for busy mornings, especially since it feels like everyone’s always saying you should have something quick and healthy ready to go. They were definitely handy, but i ended up getting hungry again way too soon. I felt kind of pressured to like them because they seemed so convenient, but they just didn’t really work for me.

"Pretty good for everyday shakes"
I’ve been adding this to my daily shakes and it seems to do the job. It feels like a healthier option, at least for what I’m using it for, and it mixes okay most of the time. Not much else to say, but I’m happy with it so far.

"Packaging was a letdown"
The box showed up dented, and there was powder around the lid, which made it feel like nobody really checked it before shipping. The product itself seems fine so far, but the packaging felt careless, especially for the price. Weirdly, I remember there was this little smear of powder shaped almost like a tiny handprint on the lid, which just made the whole thing feel even messier.

It’s hard to tell what’s actually in some of these products. The ingredient info feels vague, which is a little frustrating, especially if you’re trying to be careful about what you’re using. A bit more detail would go a long way, in my opinion.

I’ve used Herbalife here and there over the years, and I haven’t had any real problems with my orders or the products not being what they claim to be. Since the brand has been around forever, that does make me feel a little more comfortable buying from them. I mean, it’s not like I’m blindly obsessed with it or anything, but I do trust them overall. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because some sellers can come on a little too strong, which gets annoying fast. So yeah, good products in my experience, but I still read the labels myself and don’t just take someone’s word for it.

"Helps My Morning Routine"
I’ve been ordering shakes and tea from Herbalife for a few months now, it’s been a good addition to my routine. I feel like I have more steady energy in the mornings and I’m not as “snacky” throughout the day. Shipping has been fine each time, no real issues there. I do wish the flavors were a little cheaper, though. Overall, it’s good stuff, not “magic” or anything, but it definitely helps me stay on track.

"Not my favorite shake mix"
I tried this shake mix and, just being honest, the taste didn’t really work for me. From the way people talk about it, I figured it would be smoother and easier to drink, but it had this chalky aftertaste that I couldn’t get past. The texture also got weirdly thick even when I mixed it really well. I’m sure some people probably like it, but I had a hard time finishing it. Not the worst thing I’ve tried, but I definitely expected better.

"Nice Variety Beyond Just Shakes"
I’ve used herbalife a bit and I actually like that they have more than just shakes. There are teas, snacks, vitamins, and a good range of flavors, so it’s easy to find something that fits what I’m looking for. The site was simple enough to browse too, which made the whole process easier. Overall, I’m happy with the variety and would say it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a few different wellness options.

"Kinda frustrating to use"
The site looks decent when you first open it, but I had a hard time just finding basic product info and prices. It felt like way too many clicks for stuff that should be easy, and a few pages were slow on my phone. The navigation is kinda all over the place too, like it keeps nudging you somewhere instead of just letting you browse normally. Not the worst website ever, but yeah, it was frustrating

I had to reach out to support about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me with an answer that helped. But it felt like they took a bit longer than they should have. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I do think they could be more on top of responding to customers.

I ordered from herbalife.com everything looked really fresh when it arrived. The tubs were sealed properly, the dates were good, and nothing had that old shelf-dusty look, which I always notice right away for some reason.
The shake mix smelled normal and mixed up nicely too. It was a simple order, nothing too exciting, but freshness is a big deal to me, and this one was spot on.
